Dukan diet for Christmas: three easy recipes

If you are following the Dukan diet there is no reason to interrupt it for Christmas. There are some excellent recipes that will be perfect even for Christmas menus. We've chosen three which are delicious and easy to make.

Crabmeat and salmon flan

This appetizers is also perfect for the Dukan Diet Attack phase.

Ingredients for 5 people:

  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • diced 2 eggs
  • 1 cc corn starch
  • 35 cl skimmed milk
  • 120 g di crabmeat, drained
Preheat the oven at t 180°. Spread the diced salmon in 5 small heatproof dishes. Dilute the corn starch in the milk, add the eggs and mix with with an hand mixer. Add the diced crab meat, salt and pepper to taste. Pour in the dishes and bake for 45 minutes.

Baked salmon fillets

Here's a recipe suitable both for the Attack phase and for the Cruise control.


  • fresh salmon fillets (1 per person)
  • oat or wheat bran (1 tsp per person)
  • salt, pepper, lemon juice and parsley to taste

Preheat the oven at 180°. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Drain the salmon fillets in lemon juice than place them on the tray. Chop the parsley thinly, mix it with the bran and brush the mixture on the fillets. Bake for half an hour, then use the grill till the fillets are a warm golden before serving.

Mushrooms soufflé

This is an excellent side dish for the Cruise control.


  • 150 g mushrooms per person
  • 2 egg whites per person
  • 1 egg yolk each
  • 3 tbs low fat cream cheese per person
  • salt and peppers to taste

Preheat the oven at 180°. Wash and steam the mushrooms for 3-5 minutes, then chop and blend. Add the egg yolk and the cream cheese and work with an hand mixer. Pour in a souffle dish and bake for 10 minutes.
